The Cami developed his service of technical aid to complete the range of its activities; always oftener the customer companies prefer a single interlocutor which entrust both the safety validations on the equipments and the regular maintenance controls for the verification of the full functionality of all the devices. The safety validations are developed according to Our internal procedures based on the technical standards or on specific internal procedures of the customer (SOP); the maintenance controls are developed according to a detailed check list specifies for typology of equipment which, following the periodic inspection, is verified point to point.

The equipments, for which is possible to require the technical aid and validation services, are:

The "maintenance" services are principally turned to keep the full feature of the resource in the time.
This activities can divide them in:

• "preventive" maintenance (MP): for preventive maintenance understands the set of the activities of verification and control, able to prevent the breakdowns, if these are predictable. The supply and the installation of parts of replacement necessary to the correct working of the resource are excluded by the present activity.
• "corrective" maintenance (MC): for corrective maintenance understands the set of the able activities to verify the presence of breakdown or of malfunction of the resource, identify the cause and adopt all the measures to guarantee the recovering of the normal working conditions.
• Maintenance "full service" (MFS): contains the sum of the activities of preventive and corrective maintenance with exclusion of the replacement parts subject to usury.
• Maintenance "full risk" (MFR): contains the activities "full service" with included the replacement parts subject to usury.
